By enrolling in Seniors Resource Center services, you’ll be connected with a Care Manager for one-on-one support. They can help you identify appropriate services and adjust as your needs change.
Our care managers are experts in connecting you with the support you need. We’ll take the time to listen, ask questions, and make sure we understand before recommending customized, holistic care.
Through our extensive knowledge of the resources available in our community, our care managers can help you access assistance with food, energy bills, and more. We can also help you enroll in any of Seniors Resource Center’s services, such as in-home care, Adult Day, chores, and respite and caregiver support.
