Seniors Resource Center (SRC) is seeking a detailed oriented individual with true passion and experience with Alzheimer’s/Dementia care to join us as our Adult Day Center Site Manager. SRC is dedicated to enhancing the independence, dignity and quality of life for seniors in the Metro Denver Area and surrounding communities. We believe seniors are a vital part of our community. At SRC we provide an array of services that enable older adults to remain in their homes and thrive. Services such as in-home care and adult daytime programs provide life enriching activities and support both older adults and their caregivers. We help older adults remain independent and engaged.

A Brief Overview
Seniors Resource Center (SRC) is seeking a caring, organized, and forward-thinking Site Manager who combines a systems approach and strong people skills for its adult day program. The Site Manager will lead a team that provides 20,000 hours of care annually to clients through on-site, in-home, and virtual means. This person will oversee the development, administration, and implementation of all services and work closely with the Director of Respite and Caregiver Services on future planning and direction.
What you will do:
- Manage daily operations of the site
- Supervise staff, including hiring, training, reviewing, teambuilding, and professional development
- Work with all participants and provide leadership and guidance to all staff
- Work across all program and service areas in the organization to advance service delivery and integration
- Ensure compliance with all state and funder rules, regulations, and industry best practices
Qualifications:
- Three years’ supervisory experience with a demonstrated ability to manage others
- Three years’ experience working with older adults and individuals with Dementia
- Experience with grant management, Medicaid/VA systems and performance reporting
- Commitment to teamwork and connecting across the agency
- Ability to perform multiple tasks and prioritize workflow
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Comfortable leading groups, giving directives, and effectively communicating with a variety of people, including clients, caregivers, families, vendor, partners, and funders
- Experience with Microsoft office, especially Excel spreadsheets for tracking, and comfort with technology
- Excellent written communication skills and ability to communicate via professional email
- Organization skills and ability to produce information and data in a timely manner
- Smart phone and willingness to use technology
- Fully vaccinated against COVID 19 or willing to be vaccinated before starting at SRC

Salary: $62,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
