Seniors Resource Center (SRC) is dedicated to enhancing the independence, dignity, and quality of life of older adults throughout the Metro Denver area and surrounding communities. We believe older adults are a vital part of our community, and we offer a comprehensive array of services designed to help them remain safely in their homes and actively engaged in life.

From in-home care to adult day programs, SRC delivers meaningful support and life-enriching experiences for older adults and their caregivers, helping individuals remain independent and engaged as they age.

Job Summary:

SRC is seeking a detail-oriented, compassionate HR professional to join our team and lead day-to-day human resources and people operations, including effectively onboarding and outboarding staff, identifying and implementing HR best practices to support staff throughout their tenure, managing HR compliance and reporting requirements, advising senior staff on HR matters, and fostering a positive and supportive workplace culture.

This is a part-time position working 20-25 hours per week.

Job Type:  Part time (M-F) Days 20-25 hours per week

Pay Range:  $31 – 34 per hour
