Maintenance Support
Seniors Resource Center (SRC) is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Facilities Support person to support the growing population of older adults in the Denver metro and foothills area by keeping our adult day center and administrative buildings in top shape. SRC’s Maintenance Support person will have basic plumbing, electrical, mechanical and customer service knowledge. This person will be skilled in a wide range of areas, but they will also be able to recognize when a repair is outside of their skill set and make a recommendation to their supervisor.
Location: Wheat Ridge office
Job Type: Part-time (M-F) Days 5 hours
Starting Pay: $20.00 – 25.00/hour
FLSA Exemption Status: Non-Exempt
Supervisor: Vendor Coordinator
Required Qualifications:
- Ability to safely use common hand and power tools
- Ability to use critical thinking skills
- Desire to actively approach work and use problem solving skills
- Strong communication skills with property management and vendors, including comfort with Outlook email
- Self-starter with good time management skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing day to day work
- High School Diploma or GED
