SRC is here to advocate for seniors and their caregivers, as well as to help employers with their workforce relating to aging.
Helping seniors live rich and rewarding lives while remaining independent impacts all of us. As of 2020, nearly 1 in 6 Americans are over the age of 65. Care for our older adults often falls to children or other family members, who may be balancing work and caregiving responsibilities, with 44% of surveyed employees recently being involved in caregiving. 35% have missed work days and 40% have had to rearrange their work schedules to provide care.
To support older adults and caregivers, SRC provides vital services, including our Adult Day Program, in-home care, chores services, and so much more.
