Tia Sauceda
Senior Director of Services
With over two decades of experience dedicated to the well-being of older adults and their care partners, I have acquired a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the field. My journey began as a direct care provider, which enables me to empathize with and understand the experiences of my colleagues who are in the frontlines of providing direct care.
Currently serving as the Senior Director of Services, I oversee our Adult Day Program, care management services, chores Service, in-home care services, and care partner support services. I take immense pride in leading a team of passionate professionals who consistently deliver top-notch care and support to our participants, their care partners, and the wider community.
I earned a Certificate in Gerontology from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. I am on several groups working to contribute to the advancement of care for individuals living with dementia, including the Alzheimer’s Association and Alzheimer’s Disease and Related Dementias Advisory Committee (ADRDAC). I also serve on the board of directors for the National Adult Day Services Association and I am a member of the steering committee for Dementia Friendly Denver.
